Welcome to the GLBX application (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you and GLBX (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding the use of the services provided by this App. By accessing or using this App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use this App.
2.1 This App provides users with online sales services for daily necessities and blind boxes containing packaged daily necessities, including product display, order submission, payment, delivery and other related services.
2.2 We reserve the right to adjust, update or terminate the service content according to business development, and relevant changes will be notified to you through announcements on this App or other reasonable means.
3.1 You need to create an account when using some services of this App. When creating an account, you shall provide true, accurate and complete information, including but not limited to full name, phone number, delivery address, etc., and update relevant information in a timely manner to ensure its validity.
3.2 You shall be responsible for the security of your account information and password, and shall not disclose it to any third party. You shall bear all losses caused by the leakage of account information or unauthorized use by others due to your negligence.
3.3 If you find any abnormal use or security issues of your account, you shall immediately notify us and take necessary measures to protect the account security. We reserve the right to handle abnormal accounts within a reasonable scope, including but not limited to suspending or freezing the account.
3.4 You may apply for account cancellation at any time. After account cancellation, we will handle your personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations.
3.5 Account Cancellation Method: Log in to the APP and click the "Cancel Account" button in "My Settings".
4.1 When using this App, you shall comply with relevant laws and regulations of Pakistan and international practices, and shall not use this App to engage in any illegal or irregular activities, including but not limited to:
4.2 When using the camera, album and other permissions of this App, you shall comply with relevant regulations and shall not use these functions to take, upload or disseminate illegal or irregular content.
4.3 You shall be responsible for all your actions on this App. If your actions violate this Agreement or laws and regulations and cause losses to us or third parties, you shall bear corresponding compensation liabilities.
5.1 Your submission of an order through this App indicates your agreement to purchase the relevant products. Once the order information is successfully submitted, it shall be deemed that a sales contract has been established between you and us (unless the order is cancelled by us).
5.2 You shall pay the order amount in a timely manner in accordance with the payment methods specified in this App. If the payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
5.3 We will deliver the products to you in accordance with the order information. The delivery scope and time shall be subject to the public notice on this App. In case of delivery delay or failure due to force majeure, incorrect address and other reasons, we will handle it according to the actual situation, but shall not bear additional compensation liabilities unless otherwise specified by law.
5.4 Regarding blind box products, you confirm that you are aware of the random nature of blind boxes. You shall not request a return because you are not satisfied with the products in the blind box. However, you may return the product if it does not affect secondary sales.
6.1 All contents of this App, including but not limited to software, text, pictures, audio, video, logos, trademarks, designs, etc., are protected by intellectual property laws and regulations and belong to us or relevant right holders.
6.2 Without our written permission, you shall not arbitrarily copy, disseminate, modify, lease, sell any content of this App, or use the content of this App for any commercial activities.
6.3 You shall own the intellectual property rights of the legal content published by you on this App, but you grant us a global, non-exclusive and free license to allow us to use, disseminate and display such content within the scope of this App.
7.1 The product information provided by this App is for reference only. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information, but do not make commitments to the absolute accuracy and completeness of the product information. If there is any error in the product information, you have the right to request correction or cancellation of the relevant order.
7.2 We shall not be liable for service interruption, delay or failure caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, network problems and other reasons beyond our control.
7.3 You confirm and agree that the risks arising from the use of this App and the purchased products shall be borne by you. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the quality, applicability of the products, unless otherwise specified by law.
7.4 You shall be responsible for any third-party claims arising from your violation of this Agreement or laws and regulations. If any losses are caused to us, you shall compensate us.
8.1 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement according to business development or changes in laws and regulations. The modified Agreement will be notified to you through announcements on this App or other means, and the modified Agreement will take effect from the date of notification. Your continued use of this App after the modification constitutes your agreement to the modified Agreement.
8.2 If you seriously violate this Agreement or laws and regulations, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to you, and may cancel your account without assuming any liability.
8.3 The termination of this Agreement shall not affect certain rights and obligations of both parties under this Agreement, including but not limited to intellectual property clauses, disclaimers, dispute resolution, etc.
9.1 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties.
9.2 If negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the competent court in Pakistan.
10.1 If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other clauses.
10.2 Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement shall not be deemed as a waiver of such right.
